hallo,

habe mal ne frage unser robi auf arbeit bleibt ständig bei dem satz DOUT # (42) B001 stehen kann mir einer sagen was das bedeutet!?

ist eine nx100 steuerung

meines wissens bedeutet das der Ausgang 42 auf einen Wert aus der B-Variable B001 wartet oder diese nicht gesetzt ist, zur genauen Analyse müsstest du etwas mehr vom Programm verraten. Ansonsten versuche mal B001 einen anderen Wert zu geben und schau was passiert, z.B. ob der Ausgang 42 dann gesetzt wird.

melde dich nochmal wenn geklappt hat oder auch nicht.

Der Dout 42 ist das eine Dout OT 42 if B001=1

Es bedeutet B Variable ist ein Zählwerk wenn beispielweise Das zählwerk erreicht die 1 und setzt dafür den ausgang nur eins musste du nur wissen wenn das programm abgeschlossen ist muss du das Zählwerk wieder auf null setzen.

bei uns wird eine messmaschine mit dem robi beladen kann es dann sein das da evtl. der i.o oder n.i.o status fehlt! weil er beim entladen stehen bleibt und das auch nicht immer! das es vielleicht ein netzwerkproblem sein könnte?

Hast du den Ausgang mal manuell gesetzt und hat es dann funktioniert,
wenn ja hast du recht den wäre es ein Netzwerkproblem, ansonsten bau dir doch ein kleines Unterprogramm ein was dir die Ausgang setzt und teste alles nochmal durch
